Terms of use and sale
These terms cover the Armageddon mod, the installer, activation keys, anything you buy from us, this website and our Discord. By using any of them you agree to these terms.
1. Age
Armageddon is 18+. You must be 18 or older to use it or to buy anything. When you make an account, and at checkout, you confirm you are 18 or older by ticking the age box; we may refuse or revoke access if that turns out to be untrue.
2. Your account
- Give accurate details, including the Minecraft account your key should be made for. One account per person.
- Keep your password to yourself. You're responsible for what happens on your account.
- We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. You can delete yours at any time on your account page.
- Applying for the beta doesn't guarantee a place. We choose testers at our discretion.
3. Your key
- An activation key is a personal licence to use Armageddon on one Minecraft account. It isn't a sale of the software.
- Your key's tier decides which mods you can use. Tiers and the mods in them may change over time.
- You may not share, sell, give away or transfer your key, or try to get around the activation check.
- We may revoke a key that breaks these terms, for example if it's shared or sold, the mod is cracked or redistributed, or a payment is charged back. A revoked key is not refunded.
4. Using Armageddon
- Armageddon is made for anarchy servers. Many of its mods give an unfair advantage. Don't use those on any server whose rules don't allow them.
- You are responsible for following the rules of every server you play on and the Minecraft terms. We are not responsible for bans, kicks or account actions.
- Don't copy, redistribute, decompile or modify Armageddon. See the licence included with the mod.
5. Buying
- Prices are shown at checkout in the currency stated there. Taxes may be added depending on where you live.
- Payments are handled by our payment providers (such as Stripe, PayPal or a crypto payment service) under their own terms.
- What you buy (a key, a tier upgrade or a cosmetic) is digital and delivered right after payment, usually through our Discord or by email.
6. No refunds
All sales are final. Because everything we sell is digital and delivered immediately, we don't offer refunds or exchanges, including if you change your mind, stop playing, get banned from a server, or a mod or feature changes.
When you buy, you ask us to deliver your purchase straight away and agree that you lose any right to cancel once it's delivered. If you're in the EU or UK, this means you give up the 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content.
This doesn't take away rights the law gives you that can't be waived. If something you paid for was never delivered or doesn't work at all, email us and we'll put it right.
Please contact us before disputing a payment with your bank or provider. A chargeback revokes the key or items it paid for.
7. Changes and availability
We may change, add or remove features, tiers and prices, and stop offering Armageddon. We don't promise it will work with every future Minecraft version or every server.
8. No warranty and limited liability
Armageddon is provided "as is", without any warranty. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage from using it, including lost items, worlds, data, or bans. Where our liability can't be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Not affiliated with Mojang
Not an official Minecraft product. Not approved by or associated with Mojang or Microsoft.
10. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States, without taking away consumer protections you have where you live.
